INCUBE8 is a unique incubation programme, starting in August 2010, which brings together young people from multi-disciplinary backgrounds to work on creative brief intensively during a two-day programme.  INCUBE8 is designed to promote multi-disciplinary collaboration, networking, career progression and industry connections, whilst at the same time demonstrating the potential of the UK’s young people to provide innovative solutions to business problems.

The programme is a partnership between Consurgo, THECUBE and Bracket.  Bracket  is working with INCUBE8 on development and delivery of the programme:

• Facilitating ideas generation and implementation between partners to develop a robust project and business development plan
• Collaborative project management, which enabled the quick delivery of a pilot-programme in August 2010
• Delivery of workshops on collaboration, team working and commercial viability for the participants, resulting in their effective and productive working throughout the week and ability to present a high-quality professional pitch
